石英砂滤料介绍
石英砂就是石英石经破碎加工而成的石英颗粒。石英石硬度极高，高度防划伤，耐磨损，极耐高温，耐火，强耐酸碱、抗腐蚀；结晶和形状美丽的石英石可作眼镜及贵重的工艺品，利用石英晶体的压电性，可制作无电线工业中的频率稳定器，石英滤波器。可制作各种透镜、反射器、光谱管、导光管和光学仪器中的棱镜、偏光镜等。可制造玻璃，耐火材料，冶炼硅铁，冶金熔剂，陶瓷，研磨材料。在建筑中利用其有很强的抗酸性介质浸蚀能力，用来制取耐酸混凝土及耐酸砂浆。
石英砂滤料作为优良的吸附剂在饮水的净化、废水的深度处理、净化或储存气体等方面有着广泛的应用。有着优异的过滤效果，过滤出的水质达到了广大的用户的使用目标。
石英砂滤料分类
1.普通石英砂滤料：主要用在污水处理中，用三五年都没问题，只要防止石英砂流失就行，被污染了不要紧，因为污水处理中，污泥可以进行好氧或者厌氧呼吸，将污水中的污染物降解。
2.精制石英砂滤料：用在纯水处理中，在砂滤器中，一般2到3年就要更换，通常被污染后，污染物包住石英砂就不能再起到很好的过滤作用了，只能更换。
石英砂滤料技术要求
精制石英砂在中性及酸性水中都很稳定，但在碱性水中有微溶解，化学水处理中SiO2增量不超过2mg/L。
1.破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于1.5%（百分比按重量计）。
2.化学性质稳定，不含可见泥土、云母和有机杂质，滤料的水浸出液不含有毒有害物质。
3.密度不应小于2.55g/cm3。
4.石英砂滤料的灼烧减重不应大于0.7%，盐酸可溶率不应大于1.5%。
5.含泥量不应大于1%，密度小于2g/cm3，轻物质的含量不应大于0.2%。
6.粒径级配合理，外观呈多棱角有光泽的晶体。单层或双层滤料的粒径范围，一般为0.5-1.2mm。三层滤料的粒径范围，一般为0.5-0.8mm。
7.粒径范围小于指定下限粒径按重量计不大于3%，大于指定上限粒径不大于2%。
8.石英砂承托层的粒径范围，一般为2-4、4-8、8-16、16-32和32-64mm。
石英砂滤料用途
精制石英砂滤料是纯白无杂质，常用于自来水和水质的深层过滤。适用于生活饮用水过滤和其它水质净化处理。更加适合干石油、化工、矿山、冶金、热电、造纸、印染、制革、食品等生产用水的前期处理和循环水处理，以及污水的回收利用。
普通石英砂滤料是做污水处理时常用到的，外观呈白色夹杂黄褐色，这种石英砂一般都需要加工成粉状，在300目以上，而且不能有杂质和粉尘，是需要经过水洗除尘的工艺。石英砂滤料的拦截、沉降和吸附作用良好，进而让水质更加的清澈。
