Important Notes Prior Using Silpure FBR-5

1. Junior Kit Silpure FBR-5 (Total Net weight is 25kg)

a. Part A container (contains the Silver ions): 2kg

b. Part B container : 23kg

2. Procedure of Preparing Silpure FBR-5
银离子抗菌剂 Silpure FBR - 5 的配料
a. Pour content of Part A into Part B container and ensure good mixing. Please mix them only when you want to do the Silpure finishing. The mixing should take about 15 to 25mins
将 A 成分倒入 B 成分, 并确保充分混和. 只有在需要做抗菌整理时, 才可将两种成分混 合. 混合约耗时 15 到 25 分钟.
b. Please do not pre-mix them when you are not using them as the mixture will expire in approx. 2 months’ time.
在不用本产品时, 不可将本产品的两种成分预先混合. 因混和物在约两个月内失效.
3. Application of Silpure FBR-5
银离子抗菌剂 Silpure FBR - 5 的施加
a. Silpure is highly recommended to be used by Padding process only
供方强调: 本品只能以浸轧法施加.
b. We recommend a target application of 15 to 20 g/l Silpure FBR-5 on the padded fabric.
供方建议最终施加剂量为: 在浸轧布上施加 15 到 20 克/升的银离子抗菌剂 Silpure FBR - 5
c. We would prefer you to have a dry-wet padding rather than wet-wet
供方建议: 最好采用干布 -- 湿布浸轧方式, 尽量不采用湿布 -- 湿布浸轧方式;
d. It is preferred to be added at the last stage of finishing treatment. Softener(optional) can also be added at the same time.
本产品最好在整理工序的最后一道施加. 柔软剂施加 ( 任选工艺 ) 可与本产品同时施加.
4. Precautionary Measures
注意事项
a. After padding process, it is best recommended to have the fabric go thru the oven asap. Too long exposure of treated fabric in the air might result in a pinkish
colouring of the fabric as silver in fabric reacts with air. It is a normal chemistry reaction. White or light coloured fabric will be more obvious than dark shades fabric.
No further light reaction will occur once the fabric has been set/ dried in the oven at about 150 to 170 deg C . Lower curing at 120 deg C might result in poor wash
durability results.
浸轧工序结束后, 建议尽快将织物输入烘干机烘干. 因银离子和空气会发生反应,理 后的织 物在空气中暴露时间过长,会使织物泛粉红色. 这是正常的化学反应,
白色或浅色织物比深色织物变色更明显.
织物一经在烘干机中以 150 到 170 度定型 / 烘干后, 则不会再发生色光反应. 以 120 度低温烘焙则可能导致较差的耐洗牢度.
b. Please also take note that pinkish of fabric will still occur if the initial content of Part A is expose to the air for some time. Therefore, please take note during the mixing
stage. You might notice that our containers are in dark coloured for the above said reason.
同时还应注意: 如母料成分 A 在空气中暴露了一段时间后, 织物泛粉红色的现象仍会发生. 应此, 在配料混合的时候应加以注意. 因上述原因, 供方采用了深色容器
