一、机器的最主要三个动作：（毛嘴、送丝和切丝）全部采用往返双凸轮无间隙传动，传动特别的轻松、平稳，技术性能要求很高，是独一无二的。
I. The three major actuation of the tufting machine: round-trip duel-cam unspaced transmission is adopted for bristle mouth, wire feeding and wire cutting. The transmission is very easy and smooth. Technical performance is highly required, and such tufting machine is unique.
二、几个主要零件所用材料和HRC硬度
II. Material of Main Parts and HRCHardness
1、毛嘴送丝和切丝的往返动作的3套（6个）凸轮，用的材料是:轴承钢（G Cr15）表面0.20mm厚的硬度HRC为60-62度，内部硬度HRC为45-50度。
1. The material of the 3 sets (6) of cams for the round trip of wire feeding and cutting by bristle mouth is 0.20mm thick bearing steel (G Cr15).The HRC hardness of the part from the surface inward0.20mm is 60-62 degrees, and the internal HRC hardness is 45-50 degrees.
2、送毛定刀和送毛动刀的材料是进口的DC53，整体硬度HRC为60?1度，动刀圆弧跳动公差为?0.01mm。

3、毛嘴座活塞杆和切丝活塞杆用的材料为轴承钢（G Cr15），整体硬度为60?1度。

4、特别部位的小轴材料为钨18铬4钒2（W18 Cr4 V2），表面0.20mm厚的硬度HRC为61-63度，内部硬度HRC为50-55度，耐磨而不易断裂。

三、轴承全部采用日本进口。
III. All bearings are imported from Japan.
四、横向（X轴），纵向（Y轴），换毛（A轴）和夹头转动（Z轴）全部采用台湾生产的台达B2型驱动器和伺服电机，功率均为400W。
VI. For lateral ( X axis), longitudinal ( Y axis ), bristle replacement ( A axis ) and chuck rotation ( Z axis ),Delta ABdriverand servo motorproducedin Taiwan are applied,thepowerof which is 400W.
五、夹板和拍毛气缸、电磁阀采用日本SMC品牌，其余部分的气动元件用台湾品牌（Mindman）。
V. Clamp plate, dabbing cylinder andelectromagnetic valve are of SMC brand of Japan. Otherpneumatic components are ofMindman brand of Taiwan.
六、YC-3A三色牙刷植毛机毛箱采用整体摆动（旋转），可以生产4mil和5mil的杜邦丝牙刷。
VI. Overall swing (rotation) is applied for thebristle box ofYC-3A three-colortoothbrush tufting machine, which can produce4mil and 5mil Dupont wire toothbrush.
七、如果电压是110V和60HZ，需要加一个3000W的变压器。
